Founder – PMW Egypt
Abdelaziz Hashem is a mechanical engineer and the Founder of PMW Egypt, with over four decades of experience in engineering, construction, and project leadership. He established PMW with a strong focus on technical excellence, safety standards, and operational reliability across complex industrial and infrastructure developments.
His experience spans across large-scale construction projects in all trades such as oil & gas facilities, service stations, terminals, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, and administrative buildings. His leadership has been instrumental in building PMW’s reputation for quality, compliance, and long-term project success.
Managing Director – PMW Egypt
Mostafa Hashem is the Managing Director of PMW Egypt, leading the firm’s engineering consultancy operations across design, project management, and site supervision. With extensive experience delivering industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, he oversees multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality execution.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering & Environmental Design and is a certified LEED Green Associate. Mostafa is known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to delivering reliable, well-coordinated engineering solutions from concept through completion.
